Small Business Marketing Launch
Project Snapshot
Fidget-Wear was built on a genuinely great idea: a hoodie with a built-in fidget in the front pocket, designed for kids, teens, and adults who need a little something to keep their hands busy. The founder had the product, the passion, and the drive. What she needed was a creative partner to help build the brand foundation and marketing infrastructure to match.

Client Overview
Fidget-Wear is a solopreneur-led apparel brand on a mission to create clothing that supports kids who think, move, and feel differently. Their signature hoodie features a discreet built-in fidget in the front pocket, giving wearers a tool for focus and calm that looks just like everyone else's favorite hoodie.
With a limited budget and a founder who handles a lot of the day-to-day herself, the goal wasn't to hand off the entire marketing operation. It was to give her the strongest possible foundation to build from, including creative assets, brand clarity, and key marketing tools she could actually use and run with on her own.
Project Goals
A Brand Worth Wearing
Develop a visual identity and hoodie designs that reflected the spirit of the product and the community it serves.
Imagery That Connects
Create authentic, joyful photography that showed real kids being themselves in the product.
Ready Made Marketing
Set up the foundational marketing tools and strategies she needed to sell, show up at events, and grow.
Here's What We Did
We came in as a creative and strategic partner, building out the pieces they needed most and making sure everything worked together as a cohesive whole.

Brand Expansion
With an existing logo in hand, we fleshed out some brand foundations, including a color palette, shapes, and hoodie design elements rooted in the product's calming, welcoming spirit, including our favorite, "Labels Belong on Cans, Not People" graphic.

Custom Photography
Flat lays are great, but people bring apparel to life! We brought in kids and teens from a local youth program to model the hoodies. The goal was simple: real kids, having fun, looking like themselves.

Marketing Foundation
We set her up with the key tools to hit the ground running, including a basic written marketing plan, email templates, print materials for networking, and a Shopify website refresh to match the updated brand. Oh, and did we mention we launched sales-focused Meta carousel ads?
Follow-Up
Why It Worked
Big Impact, Intentional Scope
A limited budget doesn't mean limited results. By zeroing in on the foundations that would make the biggest difference, we gave a solopreneur a brand and marketing toolkit that she could use without us jumping in each month.
A Message That Means Something
"Labels belong on cans, not people" isn't just a hoodie graphic. It's a rallying cry for the community Fidget-Wear serves. Getting that message right and putting it at the center of the brand gave the whole campaign something real to stand behind.
Built to Run With
Everything we created was designed with her in mind. Templates she can use, print materials she can bring to events, ads she can build on. The goal was to set her up for independence, not dependence.
If you have a great product and need the right foundation to grow, we'd love to help you build it.
